    could you please let me know whether your doors have been tested for fire resistance. also if your frames are fire proof? if so who has tested them and what does the sign ‘El 1 30′ in your papers refer to.

    A fire-resistance rating typically means the duration for which a door (leaf and frame) can withstand a standard fire resistance test. This can be quantified simply as a measure of time; EI1 30 mean duration for 30 minutes. EI1 30 is a certification based on European criteria.
